Dr. Prajakta has completed MBBS from esteemed TNMC & BYL Nair charitable hospital, Mumbai.
She took her basic ophthalmology training from M J Regional Institution of Ophthalmology Ahmedabad.
She has trained in vitreoretinal area by Dr. Anand Subramanyam & Dr. Gaurav Shah in KBH Bachoo Ali Ophthalmic & ENT Hospital in Mumbai. She has vast experience in managing retinal disease.

- Presentation of ROP work in second annual conference of Indian ROP Society in July 2017.
